About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, including managing contractors, supervising cleaning operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and appoint contractors to complete statutory requirements, such as fire safety and electrical checks
  • Supervise cleaning operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with statutory checks
  • Manage contractors and schedules to ensure timely completion of works
  • Oversee the facilities budget and negotiate quotations to achieve best value
  • Support the EHS function with audits and inspections of the facility
  • Assist with waste management and documentation
  • Develop and review critical FM processes
  • Support supply chain management and procurement
Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities management role or similar position
  • Qualifications in FM, business process, or property management advantageous
  • Ability to support security arrangements for the site
  • L8 LCA8000 Tasks for Technicians (routine water/legionella safety monitoring) advantageous but training will be given
  • Certified PAT tester advantageous but training will be given
  • Excellent document management and communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft and third-party applications
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and prioritize workload
  • Confident to work with subcontractors and minimize costs
