Senior Building Services Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Services Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to our clients across various sectors, including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing contracts, preparing designs and reports, feasibility studies, and contract documents. You will also liaise directly with clients and contractors, carry out building analysis, and provide system design calculations. Additionally, you will supervise a team of engineers and technicians and assist in the management of project resources and costs.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience working on a variety of projects within the built environment. You will possess a HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification, knowledge of construction industry design processes, procurement arrangements, and current legislation. You will also have awareness of electrical services principles and knowledge of H&S/CDM requirements.
