We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our successful and growing Private Client team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to handle a broad private client caseload, manage complex estate administration, and develop your skills in wills, trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle your own broad private client caseload, including estate administration, wills, trusts, and deeds of appointment and variation.
  • Manage complex estate administration, including agricultural and business elements.
  • Develop and enhance the firm's reputation in the private client sector.
  • Have managerial responsibilities, including leading a division within the Private Client department, managing a branch, or supervising and mentoring other staff members.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience in private client law.
  • Experience in agricultural, business, or significant financial investments is preferred but not essential.
  • STEP membership is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to progress to a managerial role.
