Quality Health Safety and Environment Executive Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Health Safety and Environment executive to join our team in Muir of Ord. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties, handling sensitive information, and assisting in QHSE meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role, excellent customer service and organisation skills, good knowledge of IT systems, a positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work, and a willingness and ability to learn new skills. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining health and safety personnel records.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Assisting in QHSE meetings including documenting and distributing the agenda and minutes.
  • Completing and monitoring various QHSE reports.
  • Drafting correspondence and assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Managing SharePoint and intranet system.
  • Investigating issues related to QHSE and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing change requests.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills.
