Career Grade Planner Job Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their Housing, Planning, and Communities team as a Career Grade Planner. This is a temporary position that offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the delivery of transformation projects and make a positive impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process planning applications, appeals, customer complaints, and advise officers, councillors, developers, and members of the public on planning matters.
  • Utilize good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including officers, councillors, developers, and members of the public.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex planning information.
  • Possess a planning or planning-related degree and relevant experience in dealing with housing planning applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong planning expertise and a deep commitment to serving the community.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
