Key Responsibilities:
  1. Empower learners to reach their full potential by developing crucial skills in Mathematics and English, as well as fostering holistic development.
  2. Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs and ensure they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  3. Manage E-Portfolios efficiently, ensuring all learners receive valuable information, advice, and guidance.

A Qualification in Health and Social Care up to Level 3 is essential, along with a willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.

Salary: £28,500 (estimated based on location and industry standards)
