About Agility Resourcing

We are a registered charity in the UK seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Manager to join our team in Preston.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts, AAT qualification, and proficiency in Sage line 50 and Microsoft Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales invoices across the network with attention to detail and organisation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and help prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Reconcile outstanding debtors and report on debts ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Act as primary point of contact for client queries and assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

Salary Estimate:$40,000 - $50,000 per annum depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts environment with AAT qualification (preferable).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Sage line 50 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mind to improve existing processes.
