About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Optical Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, measuring frames, and ensuring a smooth store experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and demonstrate initiative. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all customers
- Book eye tests and pre-screen patients efficiently
- Measure frames accurately and ensure a smooth store experience
Benefits

A competitive estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
