About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to ensure best-in-class care
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
