Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product demonstrations, sales presentations, and customer training.
  • Assist customers in assessing potential applications of our products to meet their process metrology needs.
  • Work with customers from the initial sale to delivery, installation, and post-sales support.
  • Ensure that our products meet specifications, including source inspection and post-installation verification.
  • Develop and disseminate Best Known Methods (BKMs) for our products.
  • Support the core technology, engineering, and production teams in qualifying new technologies and features.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product specifications and customer applications.
  • Provide feedback to customers and internal teams on product development and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or engineering.
  • Fluent in English with excellent technical communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of crystallography, thermodynamics, and metrology techniques.
  • Experience in X-ray materials characterization and problem analysis.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend new metrology opportunities.
