About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at Archway Nursery School in Blandford Forum. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences under the EYFS framework, fostering a love of learning in our children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that promote their development.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, creating an inspiring and collaborative working environment.
About You
  • You will hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development and have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS and be able to reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
