Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including purchase and sales ledger duties, processing expenses, and credit card transactions.
  • Financial Record Management: Manage financial records, including purchase orders, cash book entries, and general administration duties.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller, including responding to queries and requests from other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: AAT part-qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role, ideally in accounts.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office skills, well-organized, prioritizing, and working within key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Intermediate Excel skills, competent writing and reporting skills, and previous experience of accounting software packages.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3-5 days.
  • Pay: £14.25 per hour.
  • Benefits: Pension scheme.
