Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Sawbridgeworth area. As a Teaching Assistant - Early Years Specialist, you will be working in a Reception class, supporting children in their learning and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to children in Early Years, following the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
