Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the lettings process.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and accurately present properties to prospective tenants, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Manage negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancy agreements.
  • Business Development: Proactively source new instructions through canvassing, networking, and existing relationships, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local lettings market, identifying trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting legal and regulatory standards.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in lettings, with a proven track record of success.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a strong understanding of the lettings market.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with a professional approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Acumen: A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently, with a strong understanding of the business and its goals.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Fulham market or similar areas would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
