We are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team at Agility Resourcing in Lancaster.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

This key role involves managing daily purchase ledger activities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Accurately process multiple invoices daily, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, effectively resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and execute bi-weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Regularly reconcile supplier statements to guarantee account accuracy.
  • Manage employee expenses, aligning with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance department during month-end closing, focusing on accounting and reporting tasks.
  • Evaluate all financial transactions to confirm they comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Accounting (AAT Level 3) or possesses similar expertise.
