Feline Care Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of cats in our care. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Rehoming and Welfare Assistant at our Centre in York.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £17,554.61 per year and a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning of cat pens, feeding and caring for cats requiring additional medical or behavioural treatment, presenting a professional image to customers and visitors, and assisting with veterinary runs. They will also work with volunteers to coach and guide them on cat care duties.

Requirements include a full, manual driving license, excellent communication skills, experience of animal welfare, and a positive attitude towards working as part of a team.
