As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently providing exceptional client service.
- Identifying client requirements and matching those to our property portfolio.
- Having a polite and confident telephone manner and being able to communicate details effectively.
- Managing your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels.
- Attending all relevant training courses to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.
You can expect to receive:
- Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous sales and customer service experience.

- Be a vehicle owner with a full driving license.
