Independent Living Assistant

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Independent Living Assistant to join our team at Mill Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and engage in their local community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide emotional and practical support to individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment.
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Assisting individuals to access community resources and participate in activities that promote their well-being.
- A competitive salary of up to £13.00 per hour.
