Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking two experienced Support Workers to join our team at a specialist primary SEN school in Coventry. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition.

About the Role:

  • Work directly with pupils who have Autism and complex needs
  • Support pupils in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant
  • Use your training and experience to support pupils with moving and handling

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Experience working in a Care or Residential Sector
  • Moving and handling training and experience operating a hoist (desirable)
