About the Role:

As an Indirect Tax Consultant at MATRIX Recruitment and HR LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients worldwide with their tax obligations, encompassing tax compliance, advisory services, and consultancy. We adopt a client-centric approach and are seeking tax professionals to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Provide high-quality tax consultancy and business advice to your client portfolio continuously.
  • Advise clients on tax liabilities, guide them on tax payments, proactively remind them of outstanding returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Communicate with tax authorities regarding clients' accounts and obligations.
  • Conduct tax audits/investigations in collaboration with tax authorities related to your client portfolio.
  • Manage clients' accounts in coordination with the Credit Control Department.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Essential:

    • Experience in Law, Taxation, Accountancy, or Finance.
    • Confidence and excellent communication skills for client interaction.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Desirable:

    • Relevant certifications (e.g., VAT, Tax, or Accounting).
    • Experience working with tax software and systems.
    • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
