Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in YTL UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support, development and guidance for LabWare LIMS to our internal and external customers.

About the Role:

  • Perform troubleshooting and system configuration while ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Provide first and second-line support for the LabWare LIMS application, addressing user queries and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to LabWare LIMS configurations, interfaces and integrations.
  • Perform system configuration, updates and maintenance to ensure the LIMS operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement system enhancements, development and modifications based on user requirements and industry best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP) and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support the implementation of LabWare LIMS projects.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively recommend and implement process enhancements to optimise system usage, performance and laboratory workflows.
  • Evaluate and ensure that the LIMS is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
