Asset Management Professional

We're on a mission to provide safe, high-quality homes while building vibrant communities. As a Building Surveyor at Paradigm Housing Group, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, sustainability, and improvement of our properties.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in building surveys, defect diagnosis, and managing contractors and budgets. You'll need to have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle (insured for business use).
This is a pivotal role where your technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be key to our success.
Job Requirements
- A Building Surveying, Construction, or Engineering qualification (diploma, HNC, degree) with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in building surveys, defect diagnosis, and managing contractors and budgets.
- Familiarity with housing legislation, CDM regulations, Decent Homes standards, and HHSRS assessments.
