The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety consultancy, with experience in managing projects, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the team and with clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering CDM Consultancy services to clients across various sectors
  • Overseeing construction project health and safety, conducting performance reviews, and developing continual improvement programs
  • Representing the company professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent project delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Membership at some level with the Association of Project Safety (e.g., APSEP)
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage projects independently
  • A flexible, motivated individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to build strong working relationships

iO Associates offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
