Job Title: Commercial Contract Executive

MBDA is a leading defence organisation seeking a skilled Commercial Contract Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a vital part in the delivery chain that ensures MBDA meets its promises to our customer. As a Commercial Contract Executive, you will be responsible for contract management tasks, change management, problem solving, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of contracts, managing tasks, change management, problem solving, and administration.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and industry partners, focusing on collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Commercial Representation: Represent the commercial team in progress/reviews and/or customer meetings, ensuring effective communication and negotiation.
  • Commercial Systems: Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Commercial Information Systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Commercial Expertise: Provide commercial understanding from customer through to supplier, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
