Senior Multi Skilled Engineer
£55,000 4 on / 4 off | Days and Nights

Synergi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team. This role offers a secure position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the communication of work instructions and oversee maintenance, calibration, repairs, and set-up of production equipment ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and practices.
  • Cover key managerial responsibilities as directed by the Engineering Shift Manager.
  • To undertake maintenance, calibration, repair, and continual development of equipment within the scope of the Engineering Department.
  • Engage with planning activities each month and for shutdowns.
  • Ensure the maintenance and use of GMP documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement to all engineering processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing, food, brewery, dairy, or petrochemical industries.
  • Full indentured apprenticeship with experience and additional study.
  • Formal qualification in at least one other engineering discipline.
  • Relevant engineering degree.
