About the Role

This full-time/part-time position is available in Poole, offering a competitive salary (£10-£12 per hour) accompanied by excellent benefits. You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing personalized care to individuals in their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Personalized Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and personal preferences are respected.
  • Companionship: Build warm relationships with clients, providing companionship and engaging in activities that bring joy to their lives.
  • Household Assistance: Undertake light household duties, including cleaning and laundry, to create a comfortable environment for clients.
  • Meal Preparation: Assist with preparing nutritious meals, taking into account individual preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical well-being.
  • Medication Management: Support clients in adhering to medication regimes, handling prescriptions responsibly, and monitoring their health.
  • Documentation: Diligently report and document daily care activities, communicating effectively with the team to ensure exceptional care.
