About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Shift Leader to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Manage stock, margin, and cost control to meet performance targets
  • Complete administrative tasks, including safety and legislative compliance checks
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure productive working practices
  • Engage and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements
  • Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment
  • Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control
