Job Title: Credit Structurer

Location: London

Corporate Title: Vice President

The Complex & Illiquid Solutions Structuring Team is part of the Fixed Income and Currencies division of Deutsche Bank's Investment Bank. As a Credit Structurer, you will work closely with the wider Credit Structuring, Trading and Coverage teams to structure and execute asset financing transactions. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing structuring solutions on issues impacting financing transactions secured by financial assets, drafting and negotiating Termsheets, and managing transaction approval processes.



Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing structuring solutions on issues impacting financing transactions secured by financial assets.
  • Drafting and negotiating Termsheets, and managing transaction approval processes.
  • Collaborating with the Deal team on specific transactions where an asset finance structuring specialist is required.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to such transactions.
