Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Reception Team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. This role will be based at one of our hospitals, where you will be part of a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.
Main Duties of the Job
As an Outpatient Reception Team Member, you will be responsible for face-to-face contact with patients in the Outpatients reception area, booking patients in for their outpatients appointments and other Outpatients administration duties. You will also be required to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate effectively.
