About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Expert to join our team as a UK Wide Oracle HCM Consultant Lead. As a Senior Oracle HCM Expert, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and developing delivery plans for workstreams.

  • You will follow methodologies and business operating models, contributing to their development and maintenance.
  • You will interact with client project teams, influencing stakeholders and assisting in key decision-making for Oracle implementation programs.
  • The successful candidate will plan and lead client-facing workshops and meetings, demonstrating significant domain knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage delivery plans for workstreams.
  • Lead teams of consultants, acting as stream leads or project managers.
  • Contribute to methodology and business operating model development and maintenance.
  • Interact with client project teams, influencing stakeholders and assisting in key decision-making.
  • Plan and lead client-facing workshops and meetings.
  • Create accurate deliverables, including project plans, requirements, business processes, design and configuration documents, specifications, test plans, and other artefacts.
  • Manage time and budget allocation for team tasks, monitoring billable utilization against targets.
  • Evaluate quality standards for teams and contribute to improving quality standards in the business.
  • Highlight project risks, proposing mitigations where applicable, and manage risks related to workstreams.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and best practices within teams and extended networks.
  • Contribute to professional learning communities relevant to areas of expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and disseminate information to wider practices.
  • Understand client products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services and products that could benefit clients.
  • Contribute to sales processes, such as responding to ITT, RFP, and RFI requests, participating in sales presentations, estimating, and planning relevant workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Performance & Goal Management, Core HR, Talent Profiles, and broader skills in modules such as Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME, Oracle Grow, Dynamic Skills, Recruiting Cloud, Cloud Learning, HR Helpdesk/Case Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
  • Experience in Applications Security, Approvals, and extensibility tools (HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer, and Flex Fields) functionality and configuration.
  • Strong client-facing/consultancy experience.
  • Proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle-based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well-organized and structured approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and be away from home.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
