Job DescriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Norwich. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Sales, both telephone and face-to-face – The main part of this role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- Servicing existing clients, by regular phone and face-to-face contact – You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Recruiting temporary and/or permanent staff – You will source and select top talent from a pool of applicants, ensuring the best fit for our clients' businesses.
- Administration – You will maintain accurate records and databases to support the smooth operation of the recruitment process.
- Payroll – You will manage payroll-related tasks, including processing payments and maintaining compliance.
- Using the database to update candidates, clients and bookings – You will stay up-to-date with candidate profiles, client requirements and job openings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Business-to-business sales experience – A proven track record of selling services or products to businesses is essential.
