About the Role:
As an Industrial Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our QHSE policy, monitoring and controlling hazards, and conducting regular site visits to monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities in relation to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the QHSE policy
- Monitoring and controlling hazards
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures

Requirements:
Proven experience within a Quality, Health and Safety role, preferably in the Construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Keen interest in Health, Safety and Environmental issues.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. 28 days' holiday per annum (increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service). Sick pay and a contributory pension scheme. Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
