Treasury Settlement Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Settlement Officer to join our team at People First. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and journal book treasury functions on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with the Treasury Team Leader to develop and implement treasury strategies.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Produce payment documents and bank notices in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc treasury analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Back-up for the role of Treasury Officer, including quarterly SOX testing and daily HQ bank loan reports.
Requirements:
  • Mandarin language skills to native level, with fluent English.
  • Familiarity with SAP accounting systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Relevant treasury settlement working experience.
