About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Promoting Independence Worker to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals to promote their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable individuals to maximise their independence through provision of information, advice, and guidance.
  • Support individuals in setting and achieving short-term goals, identifying necessary support and resources.
  • Work collaboratively with other providers to increase independence and wellbeing.
  • Provide care and support with dignity and respect, promoting the principles of choice and control.
