Job Title: Finance Coordinator

A competitive salary in the range of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum is offered for this position.

About the Role:

Latham & Bond HR is recruiting for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our client's central services team. This new opportunity involves delivering top-class payroll services to colleagues across the company.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into systems, adhering to local procedures and policies to minimise risk.
  • A key aspect of the role is addressing employee payroll queries, with the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly within established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate data entry and timely payments
  • Financial controls and adherence to procedures
  • Addressing employee payroll queries
  • Supporting sites and third parties with payroll enquiries
  • Maintaining and filing payroll documentation efficiently
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume environment is desirable
  • Previous experience in Payroll Administration or similar roles
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with iTrent or similar payroll systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and a thorough approach
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Resilient and capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
