Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Sodexo in Larkhill Garrison, Alanbrooke Diner, RSA, Larkhill, SP4 8QT. As a Chef, you will be responsible for providing high-quality culinary services to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with running services, preparation, and other duties in the busy working kitchen.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
  • Work with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.
  • Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Experience in menu production and confident input.
  • Exposure to bulk cooking.
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills.

Package Details:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Any 5 days out of 7.
  • Early shift: 05:30 – 14:00.
  • Late shift: 09:30 – 18:00.
