Your new role
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for delivering a strong and robust month-end performance, including the preparation and reporting of P&L and B/S. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure the successful delivery of the month-end close, providing value-added commentary to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with business leaders to drive financial decision-making and improve controls and processes. You will also contribute to the budget and forecasting process and support year-end activities, including audit, tax, and statutory reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should be a strong and proven all-rounder in accounting, with a confident and relationship-building approach. This role is ideal for those who have started their career in practice and are looking for a first move out or those who have trained in industry and are seeking a new challenge.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary, hybrid working, and a wider benefits package are on offer, including additional leave. As you grow with the business, there will be opportunities to develop your career for the long term.
