About Harmonic Finance

Harmonic Finance is a dynamic and rapidly expanding beverage company seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our UK Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and refine financial models to drive strategic growth initiatives
    • Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee balance sheet reconciliations
  • Technical Accounting
    • Lead technical accounting efforts, ensuring compliance with UK and US GAAP
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and handle VAT returns
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Assist in preparing for IPO readiness and work closely with external auditors
    • Drive finance process improvements and optimize the NetSuite ERP system
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Work closely with the UK Finance Director and other stakeholders to drive financial growth
    • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the finance team

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of experience
    • Big 4 Trained (Delloite / EY / KPMG /PwC)
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong understanding of UK VAT rules for domestic and cross-border sales
    • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
    • Experience in ERP Systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Coupa (or similar systems)
  • Personal Qualities
    • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
