Job Overview

As a Customer Delivery Driver for the John Lewis Partnership, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of home furnishings, electrical products, and sports equipment to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install products in customers' homes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and follow defect reporting procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on arrival times.
  • Utilize a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers and other road users.
Requirements
  • A valid C1 Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Previous driving experience and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Able to cope with the physical requirements of the role, including heavy lifting.
