Agile Business Solutions Specialist

Schroders Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Principal Business Analyst to support the growth of Schroders Capital, our private assets division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering change across Technology and Business disciplines, driving lean thinking and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis and Solution Development: Conduct in-depth analysis of functional, business, and technical requirements to create flexible, strategic solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- eFront Platform Configuration: Deliver configuration changes on our eFront Platform to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead by example, setting analysis standards and project approaches that inspire and motivate the team. Collaborate with business SMEs to write and enrich user stories/features for the delivery team.
- Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile delivery, working closely with the delivery lead to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
- Business Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing expert analysis and guidance to support informed decision-making.
- Reporting and Communication: Produce high-quality reports and artefacts for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication of project progress and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new ideas/ways of working to drive change and increase efficiency.
- Private Assets Experience: 5+ years of experience working in Private Assets and Change/Technology.
- eFront Expertise: 5+ years of experience with eFront across the core workflow (both analysis & configuration).
- Business Analysis Skills: Solid experience in business analysis or similar change role, with a strong understanding of agile working practices.
- Relationship Management: Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both Business and Technology stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Logical, structured thought processes and good problem-solving skills, with a track-record of delivery within large programmes.
- Qualifications: International Diploma in Business Analysis or basic professional qualifications relating to the asset management industry (IMC, FAI).
- Team Player: A team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Critical Thinking: A critical thinker who can look at things from different angles, with the ability to unpick complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Pressure Management: Able to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
