Job Title: Wood Shop Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Wood Shop Assembler to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components and products accurately according to specifications, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble parts and products accurately according to work instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble products efficiently and safely.
* Inspect components and finished products for defects, and ensure all items meet company quality standards.
* Collect and prepare the necessary materials, components, and equipment for assembly.
* Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to use various hand and power tools safely and accurately.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure all products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production requirements.
