About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at St Austell Brewery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high standards of customer care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making adjustments to services and processes as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing the kitchen team, ensuring the production of high-quality food offerings.
  • Provide guidance and development opportunities to team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including cash handling, inventory control, and health and safety protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business improvement.
