Nursery Nurse

Location: Basildon, Essex, East of England
Salary: £83.85 - £93 per day
Benefits: £50 referral bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to provide high-quality care and education to young children in our Basildon and surrounding areas team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of our little ones.

• Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
• Establish a safe and secure space for children to explore and learn, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Regularly observe, assess, and record each child's progress, providing valuable insights for their continued growth and development.
• Communicate effectively with children, supporting their learning and development through clear and concise interactions.

• Valid DBS check.
• Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
