About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced private client solicitor to support our team in Cumbria or a hybrid role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to clients, including will drafting, LPAs, estate planning, court of protection matters, and administration of estates.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of results.
- To work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient case management.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years PQE experience as a private client solicitor.
- Excellent knowledge of private client law, including will drafting, LPAs, estate planning, and court of protection matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
