Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness Lead

Ultimate Asset is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness Lead to join their central London team. As a key member of the 12-person team, you will be responsible for leading the deployment, adoption, and roll-out of the Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) programme internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a framework to support each country in their marketing effectiveness journey
  • Lead the current programme, identifying opportunities, interpreting results, and implementing recommendations to drive value back to the business
  • Collaborate with a 12-person team to build and deliver a framework that supports each country with their application
  • Conduct testing and learning to constantly improve, develop, and execute marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Experience working with MMM and deploying an MMM programme
  • Experience working in an in-house marketing/media team or a previous media agency role
  • Deep knowledge of media channels, including digital and offline planning and buying
  • Understanding of overall marketing, including advertising, promotion, pricing, and sales data
  • Prior experience working with various markets across the globe, with a preference for European markets
