We are seeking an experienced Apprentice Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at WesTrac's Institute. This role involves delivering high-quality training to apprentices in Mobile Plant or Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs that meet industry standards.
- Mentor and coach apprentices to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Mobile Plant or Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Technology.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 (desired but not mandatory).
- Basic Microsoft Suite skills.
- A passion for learning and development.
