About the Role

The GSMA is seeking a highly skilled Event Registration/Technology Project Manager to join our Technology, Innovation and Customer Experience team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the technical and operational delivery of our events, with a focus on registration systems, event apps, and onsite delivery.

Key responsibilities will include project management, stakeholder management, configuration and setup of event registration systems, lead user acceptance testing, and contribution to the evolution of our event technology platform.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in event registration with technical and operational responsibilities, international event experience, and experience configuring and delivering event technology.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The role will require travel internationally, sometimes for extended periods of time.

About the Team

The Technology, Innovation and Customer Experience team is responsible for the technical and operational delivery of our events. We are a global group of high-performance event specialists who work collectively to successfully deliver events ranging from 300 to over 100,000 attendees across all regions of the world.
