Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to review, analyse, and report on information and key data relating to the team's performance. You will also have experience in using data to improve services and initiating, organising, and planning inter-agency meetings.

In partnership with the Operations Manager, you will identify and manage clinical and non-clinical risks within the pathway. Your ability to demonstrate compassionate leadership, understand and follow HR policies and procedures, and ensure staff wellbeing and development will make you an excellent fit for this role.
