About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Director to spearhead our indirect procurement efforts, driving maximum value, efficiency, and cost savings across the region and group. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in procurement, particularly in indirect procurement, and be well-versed in managing stakeholder relationships, governance, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all tender renewal processes for indirect procurement, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional suppliers, fostering maximum efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of governance and process requirements.
- Support the Head of IDP on deploying strategies for the UK&I business, providing expert guidance and oversight.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and reference for Indirect Procurement, both internally and externally, for the UK Business.
- Implement and ensure compliance with new procurement processes, including systems such as Coupa and Babbage, effectively.
- Analyze supplier performance closely, meeting regularly with suppliers to optimize efficiencies and secure the best price and service for LKQ ECP.

Requirements
- Significant experience working in procurement, particularly in indirect procurement.
- Degree or CIPPS is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, build trust, and drive results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
