Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drama Teacher to join our team at a Good All-boys School in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a positive impact on students' lives.

About the Role

  • Drama Teaching: Teach Drama at Key Stages 3 and 5, developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A formal teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS.Experience teaching Drama at secondary level, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, comprehensive training, and a supportive working environment.
